Naka-Con 2010 Wrap Up!
Well first of all, thank you to all the amazing people who came by our booth! A special thanks to the ones of you who stopped by the website! That means a lot to us and we hope you keep up with our updates (as sporadic as they may be!)
We have a whole lot of community stuff on this site and we’d love our new fans and friends to help get it up and going again.
There’s a FREE oekaki board that you’re more than welcome to draw on, and a forum that is more or less needing some health.
We also post tips and tricks on here too!
Stick around! Be active! We enjoy your comments!
If you wanted a commission and we didn’t get to it, just let us know! We work digitally too (masterfully I might add) and we can work out any details in terms of payment or subject you want.

This was an incredibly fun convention and you guys were amazing to art it up for.

Lucie Updating and some new site features
Hey guys, I guess first of all, I’ve started updating Luciefer again, since I can’t figure out what story to work on. Currently it’s being updated once a week, though that may pick up the more I feel driven to do. You can read it at luciefer.rampagenetwork.com or http://drunkduck.com/TheNewLuciefer
In other news, I’ve added a simple forum to the site, so just click the tab at the top to access it. I’ve also added a featured articles section, which will be a source of tutorials and pretty cool articles that originated from us! So let’s see some tutorials or tips posted on here. Let’s become a viable artistic resource 
Thirdly, You’ve probably noticed I’ve changed the homepage design to something a bit tighter. If you guys want, I’d love a new logo. What’s there now is just an ugly place holder. PLEASE SEND ME MEDIOCRE MILITIA LOGOS. PLEASE?
Fourthly, I will be representing MM at Jackson Comic Con on July 18 and 19, so if you want your stuff plugged, just send me some swag/printouts. You guys have my email so email me for my address.

Wizard World Pre-Wrap Up
Okay, guys I have to be honest this was one of the best shows we’ve done. There were tons of awesome people and I feel like it’s a convention we would definitely come back to.
I’ll post more about it tomorrow when I get home, but here is the table cloth all you guys signed! It looks great!

Wizard World Day One
Had a lot of fun today.

Well You’ve all been quiet lately
Hallo there. WW is soon, have you made plans yet guys?
Here’s WIP where I’m experimenting with using halftone dots. I have 3 different sizes so you can see how it looks at smaller resolutions. I’m actually going to finish the whole body, but I just colored it in a bit to see what the colors would look like. Blue lines are guidelines for the sketch. (duh).

Also I’ve been working on a couple of strips and hopefully I’ll have those posted somewhere at the end of the week.

Hi, Hi, Hi Brothers
Well I hope everyone is settling in well to our new blog. We have quite a bit of new features and some I’m still working on.
I’m VERY pleased to have heard from almost EVERYONE from the old blog. The only 2 people who haven’t signed up or emailed me are Barry and Pixie. You guys have until Monday/Tuesday to respond, so please, please, please.

Hey guys, First of all check out Barry’s post below.
It sounds like a lot of fun, and maybe if you all agree we can set up some sort of swap soon.
Just thought I’d pop in and post since I haven’t in ages, and EVEN PIXIE posted something recently.
Very pleased with everyone’s work TOO!
Secondly, just a little Coraline pic I did, because I thought Henry Selick’s (NOT FUCKING TIM BURTON) interpretation of the Neil Gaiman novel was a lovely, frightening masterpiece.
Also, working at the movie theatre, I hear people attribute Tim Burton to Coraline all day, and I want to slap them. Tim Burton didn’t even have too much to do with Nightmare Before Christmas.
Henry Selick is the genius, and people should stop giving tim burton credit for things he doesn’t make. Ugh.
